Scan and select a network, or type its exact name if this IG502 firmware returns an empty scan. Then enter the password and connect.
Advanced data-transfer preferences
Stored Data & Cellular Use
Scheduled mode stops Darkhorse application data traffic between upload windows. The cellular modem remains registered unless a future IG502 firmware capability explicitly allows safe modem power control.
Test Data Dump to Shared Drive
Creates one streamed archive containing Job Packets, QC Reports, and test recordings. No second archive copy is stored on the IG502. Select the Darkhorse Operations shared-drive folder in the browser save dialog.
Clearing is a separate confirmed action. It is blocked if a recording is active or if any file changes after the archive inventory was prepared.
Admin Accounting
Equipment sales and purchasing records are separate from service-ticket quotes. Document numbers, revisions, conversions, attachments, and expense changes are hard-saved on the Darkhorse server.
Purchase Order Numbering
Set the next PO number independently for each division. The division prefix is enforced by the server; the saved value is the next number that will be issued.

Dispatch Delivery
Dispatch is sent when the built ticket is ready—not when it is completed. The permanent email recipient is dh1jobs@dhenergyservices.com. Text recipients are the assigned driver and every selected supervisor.
